Your Board is doing ALOT right now to improve our community AND strengthen its service to you.

We just can not do it all by ourselves however!

SO, we are going to be posting committees, positions and tasks that we would love to have your help with.

Flower Planting & Holiday Light Committee

            There is not a lot of glory here, but I can guarantee that our work will be appreciated by a great many homeowners!  We as a board and other interested volunteers have taken it upon ourselves to do some  things that will greatly improve the beauty of our monuments and entrances.  You might have noticed that we had more Holiday decorations than we had previously.  Due to the exorbitant bids that we received to put up decorations, the Board decided to purchase the decorations and put them up using volunteer help.  We would love to develop a list of people who would be willing to work with this committee or direct the project.  We will be putting up the Holiday decorations in mid to late November.

Design Review Committee

            The director is looking for members of this committee.  This is also one of the most important functions in our neighborhood as any exterior updates must follow our covenants and be consistent with the over all attractiveness of our community.  A huge project that is coming up for this committee is administering requests for repainting.

Social Committee

            From planning and getting ready for events to simply doing what needs to be done on the day of events, we can use your help.  E-mail Tim to volunteer or just to discuss your ideas.

SRR Seniors Group

            There is still interest in seeing a Senior's Group get established.  Please call Tim to express your interest in this group-- (720) 939-4663.

Community Observation Committee

            This is one of our most important committees!  As you know, our neighborhood has many homes which are not following our Covenants.  Whether it be weeds growing out of control, unfinished backyards, or commercial vehicles, we are doing our best at bringing these violators into compliance. 

This committee will report observations as well as follow up to verify whether the homeowner has responded to Violation Letters.

Website Committee

            We want to have the most functional, professional, and attractive website that we can have to showcase our community and provide a valuable source of communication to our homeowners.  We welcome anyone who would like to work to improve our website and facilitate changes on a timely basis.
